Mobile Check Deposit

Use your smartphone’s camera to deposit endorsed checks into your Banterra account. Simply follow these steps to deposit checks using our mobile banking app:

  • Go to “Deposit Checks” on the app’s main menu
  • You will automatically be shown the “History” screen. Click on “Make a Deposit” located at the top, right corner
  • Sign the back of the check and write “For Mobile Deposit Only” below your signature
  • Snap photos of the front and back of the check
  • Enter check amount
  • Choose the deposit account
  • Review and submit the deposit
  • Keep the check for at least 14 days once the check has been accepted for mobile deposit
  • You will receive an email notification when deposit is approved or not accepted

Person-To-Person Payments

Whether it’s paying your co-worker for lunch or your friend for concert tickets, there are now much easier ways to make sure your payments are all squared away. With Person-To-Person (P2P) payments, you can make payments via a text message or email. If you'd like to make a payment, you can send a link to a payee. The payee has three days to respond to the link in order to receive the payment. The payee has three days to respond to the link to make the payment. Most importantly, all of this can be accomplished via the Banterra mobile banking app.

Digital Wallet Services

Your smartphone can also serve as your wallet. Rather than carrying your debit card or credit card in your own wallet, you can connect your cards to your smartphone and use them to make purchases in person and online. All you need to do is add the information for each of your cards to your device’s wallet application. The wallet applications we support include:
