Initiate fund transfers in a quick and secure manner.  When you need to transfer funds fast, wire transfers offer the speed of same-day settlement for domestic funds transfers and the security of direct, paperless transactions. 

There are two options for Wire Transfers: 

  • In-Branch Service (Available for both personal and business customers)
  • Online (Available to business customers with Banterra’s Online Cash Management Service)

For Personal & Business Customers

How To Get Started

Sending and receiving a wire transfer is simple if you have the right information.

  • Sending a wire transfer*: You will need the routing number of the receiving bank and the beneficiary’s account number.
  • Receiving a wire transfer**: You will need Banterra’a routing number (081222593) and your account number.

Stop by your local branch to make a wire transfer. Please note that Banterra does not process outgoing international wires for consumers and fees do apply. See Bank Fees for further details.

For Business Customers Enrolled To Use This Service

Banterra’s Online Cash Management service enables you to initiate wire transfers directly from any computer, saving you time and money.

How To Get Started

Domestic Wires

  • Sending a wire transfer*:  You will need the routing number of the receiving bank and the beneficiary’s account number.
  • Receiving a wire transfer**:  You will need Banterra’a routing number (081222593) and your account number.

International Wires

Business customers can initiate international wire transfers with Banterra’s Online Cash Management services with the below information:

  • Intermediary Bank Name and Routing Number or ABA
  • Beneficiary Bank Name and SWIFT code
  • Beneficiary Bank Address
  • Beneficiary Bank Account Number

Wire transfers initiated through Banterra’s Cash Management service can only be done in denominations of U.S. dollars. Banterra is not a SWIFT bank.
