Tell Us About Yourself

I am a proud Evansville native, having lived here my entire life. I am the youngest of three siblings, but my extended family is much larger (my dad is the youngest of seven siblings). Judd family gatherings are always a huge affair, but I would not have it any other way. In my free time, I serve on the Board of Directors for a 100-year-old theatre non-profit, Evansville Civic Theatre, as the co-chair of their marketing committee, running all of their social media campaigns. When I am not at work or promoting the opening night of a show, I like to spend the night in with a movie I have never seen before so I can add a new entry to my Letterboxd. 

What Is Something About Yourself That Would Surprise Us?

I am a huge pro wrestling fan! My brother and I have been following since we were little kids, and it is something that we have bonded over into our adulthood. I have been to two Royal Rumbles, a SummerSlam and multiple house shows. I have already started saving up for when WrestleMania is in Indianapolis.

What Did You Want To Be When Growing Up?

In high school, I wanted to be an art history major and have a career as an Art Curator.

Do You Have A Favorite Inspirational Or Movie Quote?

How Have You Grown Personally Or Professionally While Working At Banterra?

Professionally, Banterra has encouraged me to excel in my role. Having worked in retail management previously, Banterra and the Concierge Banker Program have allowed me to refine my sales skills while also teaching me the importance of making things personal. Not every customer has the same needs, so going the extra mile and finding the products and services that are right for them is my top priority. My managers want me to grow, pushing me to go out of my comfort zone and cheering me on when I succeed. This goes beyond job related milestones. One of my hobbies is theatre and no one was more excited that I got a lead role in a musical than my manager, Lauren. I can safely say that I have found a home with Banterra Bank.
