Now serving as Machine Tool Finance Assistant Manager, she brings leadership, experience, and a strong commitment to her team and the customers she serves.

Tell Us About Yourself

I have lived in Southern Illinois my entire life and have been married to my husband, Aaron, for 22 years. We have two children, Connor and Madelyn, and truly enjoy spending as much time with them as possible. I am an avid DIYer, so I enjoy coming up with new home projects whether they’re needed or not. On the weekends, we enjoy attending church; exploring new restaurants, wineries, and breweries; as well as attending live music events and concerts.

What Is Something About Yourself That Would Surprise Us?

I originally considered a career in nursing, but I once had an unexpected panic attack at the sight of a broken arm and decided I should probably pursue a different career path.

Do You Have A Favorite Quote?

What Is Your Favorite Sport?

My favorite sport to watch would probably be baseball, but I'm currently learning the rules of tennis. My daughter started playing last year, and I'm learning that cheering is frowned upon. It's an intense sport, and sometimes I just have to cheer out loud.

What Is Your Favorite Family Tradition That You Still Do Today?

We still have Sunday lunch with our family's last living great-grandparent. She is 93 and still hosts us all every week.

How Have You Grown Personally Or Professionally While Working At Banterra?

Banterra has given me many opportunities to grow and develop in every position that I have held over the years. I started as a teller in 2007, where I developed customer service skills, learned the value of a friendly face, and the importance of getting to know our customers. I joined the Machine Tool Finance team in 2012 in a loan support position and held that role until I was promoted to Loan Support Coordinator in 2015. From there our department grew into new markets and expanded rapidly, so I was able to move into a newly created position as an Indirect Program Manager before transitioning into my current role as Assistant Manager. I was grateful for the opportunity to take advantage of Banterra’s tuition reimbursement program while earning my degree in Business Management. I am sincerely thankful for the many opportunities I've been given over the years and appreciate Banterra's continued support, which has helped shape both my professional path and personal growth.
